Thank you for shopping with SleepEase. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Product Origin

Our products are shipped from China.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped.

Delivery Time

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 9–12 business days.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders to the United States and Canada. A faster paid option is also available at checkout. For other countries, the shipping options and their costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping Protection

Orders that include Shipping Protection are covered if the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and we will reship your order or issue a refund, at no extra cost.

Carriers and Tracking

Depending on your region, your order may be shipped with one of the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, China Post, DHL, Cainiao, YunExpress, or 4PX. Shipments can also be tracked through package aggregators such as 17Track.

Your tracking code will be sent to you by email within 72 hours after your order has been shipped.
